El Hierro
This hike is not just about walking in beautiful landscapes, it is much more than that. While walking on El Hierro, you will enter a state of consciousness that will restore your body and soul.
Not only you can relax and thus combat the effects of stress, anxiety and worry, but gradually your mind and body will experience a deep sense of peace.
In El Hierro, time goes by slowly. Away from the hectic city lifestyle, you will feel tranquillity, meet warm and friendly people and have plenty of time to relax a little. Let's enjoy this wonderful hike in a unique place!
We will meet in Valverde and after a short transfer we will arrive at the Fayal-Brezal forest of La Llanía where we will start the hike. The activity will combine both walking and some yoga postures to help relax the body, observe the beautiful surroundings and calm the mind.
During this 3-hour walk, you will be disconnected from everyday life, allowing you to feel your inner connection with nature and enjoy the present moment.
Our qualified guide will take you through different landscapes and you will discover the"sustainability" in a different way.
Hours: 09:00 to 11:00 a.m. - every day.
Languages: Spanish, English.
Booking required: 24 or 3 hour walk in harmony with nature.
