Transparency Portal

This is an owned responsibility and, additionally, in compliance with the State Law 19/2003 of December 9 on transparency, access to public information and good governance and the Canary Islands Law 12/2014 of December 26 on transparency and access to public information.

As a private entity, we are obliged to provide transparent information when we receive aid or subsidies of more than 60,000 euros per year from the budget of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.

Both guidelines serve the same purpose of public information of our activities subsidised by the Canary Islands Community and State budgets and also that society in general is aware of what we do.

In each of the sections of this transparency portal you will find the legal regulations we are obliged to comply with, the institutional section with the history of Senda Ecoway, the organisational section with our company organisation chart, the financial section where you can consult the economic data of our companies published in the commercial register, contracts made with public administrations whether or not they come from state or Canary Islands budgets, our collaboration agreements and the public aid and subsidies received in recent years. There is also a contact point for any further information you may require.
