SENDA Ecoway offers you a complete, multi-product experience that will put you in contact with different experiences and partners. Senda Ecoway is conceived as the first online platform dedicated exclusively to the commercialisation of sustainable tourism experiences. We design our own routes working hand in hand with our suppliers. We combine different products and services in a strategic way to create innovative, responsible and attractive experiences.

Payment method

The payment of the SENDA will be made online through the website SENDA Ecoway SL and always in advance, as soon as availability is confirmed. The methods of payment will be by credit card and Paypal.

Proof of purchase

You will instantly receive a confirmation by e-mail that automatically generates a proof of purchase.

How do I prove to the various partners that I am a SENDER?

As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive a voucher corresponding to your payment by email.

It is important that you have at hand the password that we provide you with the reservation. It will serve as proof to the different providers in order to be able to enjoy their services. You will be asked for it at the different establishments you visit.

This identifier will suffice.

To avoid having to print this voucher, keep it in your mobile device (recommended)

You will be able to choose between different forms of identification:

  • Digital check

 What do I do if I want an invoice from my SENDA?

You can request an invoice for any product contracted through our website via the following e-mail address: facturas@sendaecoway.com . Remember to indicate:

  • Your booking locator
  • Name of the natural person or company name of the holder for issuing the invoice
  • Tax ID or VAT number
  • Full address with postcode, city and province
  • We will send you the invoice by e-mail.

 When will you verify/confirm my SENDA booking and date?

You will receive an instant confirmation on the screen and in the email you provide at the time of booking. Our booking system automatically generates a proof of purchase when payment is made. You will have all the details of the booking and the proof of purchase.

It may be that on the date you propose the service you demand is full, alternative dates or services will be suggested for you to choose from!

Cancellation or Change Period

How far in advance can I cancel?

Cancellation is generally possible up to 72 hours before the activity. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours, Senda Ecoway will not reimburse the activity. However, some activities have a different cancellation policy. Check the service card in case it indicates a different cancellation policy than the general one.

However, some experiences, such as accommodations, have a different qualification policy.

What happens if it is cancelled due to SENDA partner cause?

Can I change the date of my SENDA?

Only one change is allowed.

This change is subject to availability.

The change of date must be notified 72 hours in advance.

Climatic conditions

Occasionally, for the safety of our customers, we may be forced to close an activity within a SENDA or a complete SENDA . This will always happen for reasons beyond the control of SENDA Ecoway but for justified cause.

In this case, customers of SENDA will be able to opt for:

Change the date of SENDA to use it on any other day within 30 days from the date of booking.

Change the SENDA for a similar one, to be determined by the staff in charge, so that they can carry out their activity on the scheduled date.

Complaints, Claims, Opinions, Ideas

At Senda we work as intermediaries between companies and end customers, so it is the responsibility of each of the collaborating companies to maintain a quality service in accordance with the offer described. In this sense, the service providers during the routes are the only ones responsible for the proper functioning of the same. However, we have our complaints book available to our customers for any problems that may arise during the purchase process.
