Senda Ecoway is conceived as the first online platform dedicated exclusively to the marketing of sustainable tourism experiences. We design our own routes working hand in hand with our suppliers. Are you Covid-free?

Of course. Our service providers follow the general recommendations for the fight against covid-19 established by the authorities: use of masks, safety distance of more than 2m, hand hygiene and hygiene of surfaces of use. They will also follow the regulations issued by the authorities at all times. If you have any doubts about the restrictions on covid-19 in the city where you will enjoy your activity, do not hesitate to ask us through our main contact channels.

Do you cater for special requests?

Of course. Our trails need to have a standard format to speed up your trip planning process. This is why you will find on our website limitations on the number of people or days available. However, we have a close relationship with our service providers that allow us to be flexible.

Is it possible to book for groups?

Yes, each of the routes has a maximum capacity that we can guarantee through our platform. If your group is larger than allowed, you can contact us and we will manage your reservation, always subject to availability.

When will I receive the booking confirmation?

You will receive an instant confirmation on the screen and in the email you provide at the time of booking. Our booking system automatically generates a proof of purchase when payment is made. You will have all the details of the booking and the proof of purchase.

Do I have to carry my reservation with me for the entire tour?

It is important that you have the booking form we provide you with at hand. It is NOT necessary to print it, just show it.

Do I have to carry my reservation with me for the entire tour?

You can request an invoice for any product contracted through our website via the following e-mail address: facturas@sendaecoway.com. Remember to indicate:

Your booking reference number
Name of the natural person or name of the company that will issue the invoice
NIF or CIF
Full address with postcode, city and province

We will send you the invoice by e-mail.

What documents and requirements are needed?

At the time of booking it will be sufficient to indicate an email address along with the name of the reservation holder.

Depending on the senda chosen, the requirements and documents requested may vary.

For the rental of vehicles, bicycles etc. it will be necessary to present an official identification document, as well as the necessary legal permits in each case.

A deposit may also be required, which will depend on the type of vehicle being rented and which will be deposited on the day of the rental at senda.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by virtual card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and PayPal, always at the time of booking.

We do not accept physical payments or bank transfers, cheques, etc.

Payments by bank transfer are accepted only if you are a GROUP.

Is it possible to book and pay at different times?

No. We like to be flexible with you, but at the same time we have a responsibility to our suppliers, who incur high costs every time they register a booking.

What are the cancellation and modification policies?

For web purchases: Cancellation and modification policies are flexible up to 72 hours in advance.

Can I make a reservation by phone?

Can someone else make a reservation in my name?

Yes, in fact, we offer you the possibility to reserve gift trails. We will hide irrelevant information for the beneficiary, such as the price.

Do I have insurance when I take out a senda?

We work with companies that are legally constituted and have the corresponding permits to carry out their activity. We require insurance for all our collaborators, and we also have our own Civil Liability insurance.
