Scuba Diving in the south of Gran Canaria

Do you want to live a new experience? Learn to dive in Gran Canaria! Gran Canaria is a beautiful island where you can discover a whole underwater world on its coasts and enjoy observing the marine species of the Canary Islands while diving in Gran Canaria.

Vieja, conger eel, moray eels, wreckfish, seaweed, plants, burgados, sponges, starfish, 'centollos', spider crabs... each dive is unique!

The diving baptism does not require previous experience. You will have the technical support of certified instructors to practise this water sport in complete safety.

The Senda step by step

1. Pick up: Client's meeting point as long as it is in the south of Gran Canaria (only in Gran Canaria).
2. Theory class: We will give a first theory class to lay the foundations of how scuba diving and diving in Gran Canaria works. We will talk about the do's and don'ts of the sport and establish the safety conditions for a good dive. This way we will get into the right situation before our dive.
3. Practical class: We continue with a practical class in the pool where we will be fully equipped. We will practice safety drills, learn about the use of diving equipment and dive in the pool before diving in the sea.
4. Rest: We will rest after the practical class with a snack and a drink (included in the price) to recharge our batteries and be ready for the diving baptism. Aren't you nervous?!
5. Diving baptism: We are ready for the diving baptism in Gran Canaria! We will head to one of the best diving areas in Gran Canaria and you will do your first dive (30 to 40 minutes duration), once you try it, you won't want to leave the sea!
