The experience begins with a 70-90 minute hike through the Anaga Mountains with an Official Guide. The trail is suitable for all ages, its difficulty is low. Enjoy nature and learn about the flora and fauna of this unique region before immersing yourself in the culinary experience. The exact place where the trail starts will be provided upon reservation.
Upon arrival at the Casas Cuevas an exclusive menu will be waiting for you. The menu will be prepared with products from the Anaga area by the Canarian chef Ángel Rodríguez Machín, awarded with a sun in the Repsol Guide, in two consecutive years, in his former restaurant El Archete. In addition to tasting the menu, there will be a gastronomic workshop explaining the products of the area, followed by a moment to enjoy coffee and disconnection in the caves in the middle of the Anaga mountain.
The return will be by car, around 4:00 p.m., ensuring a comfortable and complete experience, to the beginning of the trail.
