The southwest of the island of Tenerife is undoubtedly an ideal place for whale and dolphin watching, forming an area of special protection for endangered species of marine fauna and endemic birdlife.
In this activity we will enter the Atlantic Ocean aboard an ecocatamaran with a transparent floor, blue flag, respectful of the place and its species.
In the first hour, we will cross these waters to contemplate various types of species in which the Spotted Dolphins or the Pilot Whale, an endangered species that has managed to survive in Tenerife's waters, predominate.
Occasionally you can see the fin whale, the second largest whale on earth, and even killer whales during their migratory periods.
After the sighting, we will head towards the cliffs of Los Gigantes. This cliff encompasses one of the most outstanding protected natural areas of the archipelago, the Teno Rural Park, where the Barrando de Masca stands out.
At the mouth of this ravine we will stop to drop anchor and enjoy an appetizer, as well as a swim in the crystal-clear waters.
