Volcano route, wine and food pairing dinner and stargazing.

We will start with a guided tour to learn about the exciting history of Arafo and the eruption that marked this town in 1705. We will walk at sunset through its lava flows, already colonised by excellent specimens of Canary Island pine and, once the moon has risen, we will head towards a redoubt of land that remained safe from the eruption and where today some of the best organic wines in the Canary Islands are produced: our Finca Ecológica Ferrera. On arrival we will enjoy a wine tasting and pairing of our wines with a wonderful menu prepared by Chefs Paola and Erika, from FoodArte-Smart Food Yanuq. After dinner, we will put the finishing touch to the experience with a night observation of our skies with a telescope.

1. We start with an appetizer and stellar rain: Yakitori of free-range chicken and sesame storm.

Wine: Ferrera Rosé Dry

2. The cosmos and its constellations have made this marvel: sea bass aguachile in tamarind and orange gazpacho.

Wine: Ferrera Blanco Seco Ecológico.

3. The stars come together to shape our main course: confit veal cheek in fig cream, black truffle flakes and violet potato crunch.

Wine: Momentos Malvasía Seco Ecológico.

4. Andromeda and her love for chocolate and the Milky Way: Isomalt filled with chocolate earth and berry cream.

Wine: Ferrera Tinto Joven.
