A different and unforgettable experience for lovers of Canarian culture and wine. A journey back in time to the 18th century to learn about the way of life in the old Canarian farmhouses and their wine cultivation. This trip will take place in the Caserío el Boquerón, a house of heritage interest in and around Valle Guerra.
There will be a sunset walk through the vineyards, learning about their life cycle and uses. Afterwards, you will be able to see the farmhouse and the different functions of its current dwellings in the past, learning a little more about the customs of the time. Finally, at sunset, you can enjoy a quiet evening in the gardens of the farmhouse to taste the wine made from the grapes accompanied by a tapa:
- Viña Norte 2020 young red wine
- Viña Norte 2020 fruity white wine
- Montes de Oca cheeses, Adeje: Fresh goat, semi-cured cheese spread with gofio, cured cheese.
- Happy hens del caserío montadito: fried egg with palm honey on almogrote toast.
