Do you know all the corners of your island? We want to show you a very special one, the ecomuseum of the open-air stone of Arico, where the famous Arco de Tajao is located.

This place stands out mainly for having been one of the main areas of extraction of chasnera slab, which was traded from the 17th to the 19th centuries with America and Europe.

We will walk on a circular path of low difficulty, around the old quarry, where we will learn in depth about this rock and its whimsical shapes, as well as the methods used at the time for its extraction and uses.

At the end of the path, the beach of the small port of San Miguel de Tajao awaits us to regain our strength.
