This weekend we join our mothers in an experience in Anaga Biosphere Reserve. Through its forest, we will learn about the history of the old Gangocheras, those women who walked along the current paths for the exchange and sale of products and whose work was passed from generation to generation.

We will follow a path along the track that takes us to Cueva de Vargas. These caves are located in the area of Mesa de Vargas, a place of passage for those Gangocheras who traded the products of Anaga with the coast, towards Bajamar, La Punta or Tegueste. Today Cueva de Vargas represents an enclave of Anaga's livestock and agricultural past with unparalleled views of the coast that served as a development for life.

Once in the caves, we can enjoy a km zero picnic of local products with unparalleled views of the ravines that lead to the coast.
