I. To analyse the current state of tourism one and a half years after the creation of Covid 19.
II. To find out, on the part of the companies, how the travelling tourist has changed.
III. To discover how companies have adapted to this situation and how others have innovated to offer new services.
IV. To debate tourism trends based on this situation and how we imagine tourism in the sustainable future of Spain 2030.
Spain's Sustainable Tourism Strategy 2030
The objective of the new Spain's Sustainable Tourism Strategy 2030 is to lay the foundations for the transformation of Spanish tourism towards a model of sustained and sustainable growth, which will allow us to maintain our position of world leadership. The new model will be based on improving the competitive capacity and profitability of the industry, on the differential natural and cultural values of the destinations, and on the equitable distribution of the benefits and burdens of tourism.
SUSTAINABLE TOURISM
NATURAL AND CULTURAL VALUES
TOURIST INTELLIGENCE
The pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus has had a serious impact on the tourism sector and has had a large-scale impact on the uncertainty of international visitors when travelling in the context of the new reality.
Motivations and needs are constantly evolving and consumption is increasingly conscious, appealing to social and environmental issues, i.e. sustainable tourism where consumers demand from the countries and tourism providers they hire, a strong commitment to the environment they visit.
HOW DO WE IMAGINE TOURISM FROM NOW ON?
