We welcome you to this experience where yoga and art merge. Two disciplines that enrich each other to create a unique experience. It doesn't matter if it's your first time on the mat or if you have never touched a paintbrush, everyone is welcome.
This is a space designed to look inward through the practice of yoga and express outward with the creative side of art. The workshop, of three and a half hours, takes place in an intimate and personalized environment, located in a quiet and peaceful estate in Aldea Blanca, San Miguel (Tenerife).
During the session, you will explore different yoga postures that will help you find the calm and serenity necessary for your well-being.
In addition, you can create your personal jewelry by painting on recycled glass, an activity that complements the practice of yoga and encourages creativity.
10:00 - Mindfulness Session: We begin by preparing your mind and body for the experience.
10:20 - Creative Workshop: Your hands and creativity take over, creating something unique.
11:00 - Yoga Creative Flow: Time to get your body moving to the rhythm of our Yoga Creative Flow.
12:30 - Snack and Sharing: We enjoy a delicious snack with natural juices, perfect for recharging energy and sharing experiences.
13:00 - Final Assembly: We conclude assembling the pieces, sealing our day of discovery and creativity.
