On the occasion of día de la Candelaria and in commemoration of the apparition of said Virgin to the Guanches, we want to offer a unique experience to our local customers to show the best of aboriginal life.
We will take a low-difficulty route through the Malpaís de Güimar Special Nature Reserve, located in the Menceyato area that gave its name to this municipality. Through it, we will join the present resources of this unique place to the aboriginal life and we will know in first person the place where the apparition of the virgin to the Guanches took place. During the tour we will also enjoy a unique landscape where the lava meets the sea.
Halfway along the route we will make a short stop to enjoy a km zero picnic which includes:
- Sandwich
- Bottle of water
- Piece of fruit
- Gofio Bar
Day and time: Tuesday 2nd of February from 9.:5am - 1pm (start of the route at 10am)
