M.B. is located in the south of the island, specifically in Guía de Isora, in the hotel The Ritz-Carlton, Abama and belongs to the wide range of Martín Berasategui's restaurants.


In terms of cuisine, it is classic haute cuisine and a combination of Mediterranean products native to the Canary Islands.


The average price per diner is estimated at €150-200 and the tasting menu is €140 per person.

Abama Kabuki

The Abama Kabuki has a Michelin star, and two suns in the Repsol guide2020, is a Japanese fusion restaurant that is distributed in different spaces with views of The Ritz Carlton Abama resort from the golf clubhouse and sea views.

Advance booking is required to attend.

It is run by chef David Rivero Piedra, a Canarian chef from La Garita in Telde, Gran Canaria.

David Rivero is known for culinary innovation that combines traditional Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine with local seasonal produce from the Canary Islands.

As for the wine list, it has a wide range of international wines, beers and the typical Japanese alcoholic beverage, sake, as well as different Japanese fusion cocktails.


In terms of prices, there are two types of menus.
o Short menu: €107
o Long menu €145 which includes a matcha tea ceremony at the end of the evening.

Restaurant with a Michelin star and awarded two suns in the Repsol Guide 2020, it is located in Los Gigantes, in the southwest of the island of Tenerife.

It is run by the Padrón brothers, chefs from Tenerife. Juan Carlos is in charge of the savoury dishes and Jonathan of the sweet dishes.

We work with selected local and international products of the best quality and raw material with products from the Canary Islands.

Flavour and balance are the cornerstones of the brothers' cuisine.

To make a reservation at their facilities, you must fill in a questionnaire with the number of diners on their official website.

As for prices per diner, the full menu is €95, and there is also the option of gift vouchers for two people with tasting menus.

Kazan Restaurant

The one-Michelin-starred Kazan restaurant on Paseo Milicias in Garachico, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is the first sake-bar in the capital of Tenerife. It has also been awarded the category of two suns in the Repsol Guide 2020.

In terms of cuisine, the Kazan offers a wide range of Japanese cuisine and Nikkei fusion, which is a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. They work their dishes with a wide range of seasonal fish and seafood from the mainland and the Canary Islands.

The average price per diner is €35.

The Sommelier offers several references of select sake to accompany the dishes as well as a wide range of wines.

If you are not sure what to order, ask the chef; the chef's Omakase is available on the menu. You can ask the chef to prepare a special menu using the daily specials from the menu.

The restaurant was formerly located in an old tobacco factory dating back to 1776 and teacher training college in San Cristóbal de la Laguna, now converted into the hotel La Laguna Gran Hotel.

The Nub restaurant is a Michelin-starred restaurant specialising in Chilean and Italian cuisine with local produce.

Reservations can be made through the website according to the menu chosen by the customer. Nub offers the possibility of two types of menus:


o Antü menu. Vegetarian menu €95 per person
o Novatore menu €110 per person
o Pairing of liquefied and fermented juices €45 per person
o Short wine pairing €65 per person
o Long wine pairing €85 per person
o Currently offering Christmas Eve menu with wine pairing at €300.

Regarding the opening hours of the Nub

o Wednesdays and Thursdays dinner.
o Fridays and Saturdays lunch and dinner.
o Sundays lunch.

Under the guidance of chef Marcos Tavio and in the unique setting of Caserío el Boquerón from the 18th century emerges "Bajo las Higueras", a gastronomic experience that unites identity, territory, memory and customs.

An exclusive experience for groups of 2 people or more, and on request. The group will enjoy 10 dishes from the prestigious Aborigen restaurant under the fig trees in a Canarian farmhouse dating from the 18th century.

The atmosphere, the chef's explanations, the gastronomy and the decoration will take you on a unique gastronomic journey.

The price varies according to the number of diners.
